Returns & Exchanges Policy

The English School offers a 14 day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:

Damaged and Defective Item:
Damaged and Defective merchandise must be returned to the appropriate department that has offered the item for sale to be exchanged.

Non-Damaged/Non-Defective, Unopened Merchandise:
If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, it can be returned to the appropriate department that has offered the item for sale to be exchanged. Return shipping (if any) is at the user's expense.
The user can claim the remaining as cash refund if he/she does not require a product replacement.

Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise:
The school cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and cannot be sold as new.

Replacement Policy:
The user is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise to the appropriate department of the School that has offered the item for sale.
All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

Exceptions to the above policies:
Items with indications such as "This Sale Final", "No Returns", or similar language may not be returned.
